The 80×80 cm cooking chamber uses a high-grade refractory chamotte surface for steady heat and a crisp crust. The internal is stainless steel; the external is electro-galvanized steel with high-temperature paint for weather and rust resistance. Natural rock-wool insulation improves heat retention and safety, keeping the exterior cooler to touch.

The Stainless Steel Marinara Pizza Oven has a 80×80 cm cooking chamber which has a practical stainless steel trolley with shelf, wheels and hook to hang tools. It also has a fire tool, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, closing door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is high quality refractory chamotte, perfect for food use. The internal structure of the Marinara is stainless steel, while the external one is electro-galvanized steel treated. In addition, this has paints at high temperature for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust.
