Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you order from Grand Curations. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our Returns Policy We offer a 14-calendar day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and original packaging intact. If you have any concern about the condition of your item before returning it, please contact us first at info@grandcurations.com.

We cannot accept returns after 14 days unless the item is faulty. Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


How to Return an Item To initiate a return, email us at info@grandcurations.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will issue a Returns Authorisation — please do not send items back without this. The return address will be provided on your Returns Authorisation.


Cost of Returns Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be sent on a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for items without proof of delivery. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection on your behalf; any collection costs will be deducted from your refund.


Refund Timeframes Refunds are processed once your item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 working days from receipt for inspection. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Please ensure your return parcel is clearly marked with your Returns Authorisation number — unmarked returns may take up to 30 days to process.


Delivery Discrepancies Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. If packaging appears damaged on arrival, please note this on the delivery note before signing.


Missing Items

  • On delivery: Notify us within 24 hours. We cannot accept responsibility for missing items where delivery was left without a signature.
  • On assembly: Report any missing parts with a description and part number from the manual.

Replacement goods will be dispatched as soon as possible in both cases.


Faulty or Damaged Goods Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your goods on arrival and note any damage on the delivery note — without this, we may be unable to process a claim with our carriers.

If a fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will replace the item or part free of charge. If damage is substantial enough to warrant a refund, we reserve the right to request you dispose of the item locally rather than arrange a collection.


Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@grandcurations.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition, with a completed Returns Authorisation form.


Refusal of Delivery If you refuse delivery of an order, a reasonable return admin/cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund, along with the original delivery charge. Refunds are issued once goods are received back at our warehouse.
