Shipping policy
Standard Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £150 to most UK mainland addresses. Orders under £150 are charged at £9.99.
Delivery Timeframes In-stock items are delivered within 7–10 working days. Pre-order items will be dispatched once all items in your order are available. If you'd like in-stock items delivered separately, please contact us at info@grandcurations.com before placing your order.
Delivery Hours Standard deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 8am–8pm (excluding public holidays), via a two-person delivery team or trusted courier partner.
- Outdoor furniture is delivered to your garden
- Indoor furniture is delivered to your room of choice
- Items can be taken up one flight of stairs — please contact us if more than one flight or elevator access is required
Standard delivery does not include assembly or packaging removal.
Pergola Deliveries Pergola deliveries are handled separately due to their size and nature. Please contact us at info@grandcurations.com for full details and a delivery quote.
Platinum Delivery Service — £179 Includes delivery, full assembly, and packaging removal. Available on all indoor and outdoor furniture (excludes pergolas).
Packaging Removal Service — £75 Includes delivery and removal of all packaging for recycling. Does not include assembly (excludes pergolas).
Remote & Island Locations We are unable to deliver to UK islands. Some remote Scottish locations may be restricted — please email info@grandcurations.com before ordering to confirm delivery availability.
