The Fontana Anthracite Mangiafuoco pizza oven  is a beautifully designed high quality and high performance wood fired oven with a large 60×80 cm cooking chamber and manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade stainless steel. The Mangiafuoco comes equipped with an “easy move” sturdy stainless steel cart with a convenient storage shelf, wheels and hook to hang tools. This easy transportable cart version of the Mangiafuoco Pizza Oven allows you to make convivial moments even more enjoyable on trips out of town, camping or simply to move to the sunniest part of the garden! With wheels and pull out handles, this pizza oven is easy to move. The Mangiafuoco also comes with wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top and a cooking chamber door.

In addition, the fire floor surface has a high quality refractory chamotte. This is certified for food use. The internal structure of the Anthracite Mangiafuoco pizza oven is again manufactured from high grade 304 stainless steel. Furthermore, the external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high temperature paint. This maximises resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using high performance natural rock wool insulation. Finally, this ensures that the external surface of the oven does not becomes too hot and you can cook your pizzas too perfection!
