In addition, the fire floor surface has a high quality refractory chamotte. This is certified for food use. The external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high temperature paint. This maximises resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using high performance natural rock wool insulation. Finally, this ensures that the external surface of the oven does not becomes too hot and you can cook your pizzas too perfection!
