Description
Description
The Fontana Margherita Stainless Steel Gas Pizza Oven is a compact, high-performance outdoor oven. Built for serious pizza lovers and outdoor cooks. It delivers authentic Neapolitan results with minimal effort.
A 60x60 cm cooking chamber reaches up to 850°F (454°C), crisping the crust without burning the dough. Crafted almost entirely in 304 stainless steel, it resists heat and weather. The refractory chamotte floor ensures even heat transfer. Natural rock wool insulation stabilizes temperatures, so the exterior stays cooler to touch.
Includes wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304-grade stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, and a cooking chamber door.
The electro-galvanized exterior with high-temperature paint adds durability, while natural insulation keeps surfaces safer and the oven energy efficient. The built-in, compact design fits smaller spaces, and the included trolley enables easy transport to the garden, campsite, or outdoor kitchen.
Beyond pizza, it roasts meats, vegetables, breads, and desserts with depth of flavor.
